Favorite Things

Every year Oprah does an annual segment of her favorite things. In the segment, Winfrey shares products with her audience that she feels are noteworthy or that would make a great gift. The audience members present during the taping of the episode receive items from that year’s list for free.

The term is also sometimes used to describe a similar feature in O, The Oprah Magazine, though this list is actually entitled "The O List". The two features are often coordinated.

Here is the Goddards "G" List....please note: loyal readers will not receive all our favorite things. Perhaps if you came over, we'd give you a bowl of cheez its. That is, if we have any left.

Starting with the original Little Gids Favorite things. Drew's list, in no particular order.

Cheez its. Really, any cheese like product. It doesn't even have to be orange.

Cars. Lighting McQueen is a fav, but any car will do.

Yellow. Need I say more? Loves to say it, knows it and adores it.

Perfect start to a day! That and apple. bars.

Perhaps a future in law enforcement? Or just an obession with cars? You decide.

McCains Smilies. Or mashed potatoes. So yummy, and not too bad for you.

Mama's list.
All of the books in this series are great. Anyone want to read it- I have it. "Cook this, not that" has lots of fab recipes.

This company will likely support my retirement, gives me a 10-20% discount weekly and plays this silly trick on me every week (go in to buy 2 things and a cart later...)
Need I say more. Vino.

This is the best. Put on toast, make fettuccine, eat right out of the package, the possibilities are endless- so good- and only one weight watcher point!

Endless possibilities

I just heart it. No, its not a van. Not even close, so don't even say it.

Take an egg, fry it, spread a little laughing cow (above) on top of these after its toasted, and PRESTO...a 4 point breakfast. High protein and keeps you full. I eat one everyday.

Next installment: C and Daddy's favorite things.
