Drews daycare provider gave him beets today. He LOVED them. She said he had 3 helpings...and even convinced his highchair neighbor to eat hers. All the cool kids eat beets. I had purchased some a while back (in a can), but of course, they got pushed to the way back of the cupboard only to have the destiny to be donated to a food shelf.
So what the heck is in a beet?
Should be an interesting diaper day tomorrow...
